These terms govern your use of this website and any application you submit through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms are separate from our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.
Eligibility
This site is intended for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to use it or to submit an application. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or over. Every creator represented by Fame is 18 years of age or older.
Applications
Submitting an application does not create a contract between us, and it does not guarantee representation. We are invitation-led and selective, and we may accept or decline any application at our discretion without giving reasons. Nothing on this site is an offer to represent you. If we decide to work together, representation is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement, not these terms, sets out the commercial relationship.
Information you give us
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, current and your own, and that you have the right to share any handles, links or material you provide. You must not submit anyone else's personal information without their permission. We handle what you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use

Wherever in the world you are using this site from, nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under the law of your own country that cannot be given up by agreement, and if the law where you live lets you bring a claim in your local courts, you keep that right. If part of these terms cannot apply
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in force. If we delay enforcing any part of these terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
