We are the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through this site. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZC191601. What we collect

When you submit the application form or get in touch, we collect the details you provide: your name, contact details, links to your profiles, and the contents of your message. Limited technical data, such as your IP address, may be processed by our hosting and form providers to keep the form secure and prevent spam. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your information only to review and respond to applications and enquiries, and to keep the site secure. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interests in assessing and responding to people who approach us about representation, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your personal information or use it for automated decision-making. We will only send you marketing if you have separately opted in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the site and handle submissions: our website hosting and form provider (Netlify) and our email provider (Microsoft). These providers act on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.

Where your information is processed

We, Fame LLC, are registered in the United States (Nevada) and operate across both the United Kingdom and the United States. Depending on where the business is operating at the time, the personal information you provide through this site, such as your application details, may be processed in either country.

The provider we use to run the site and receive your application (Netlify) is an international company that may process your information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses set out in that provider's data processing agreement, which is a recognised safeguard under UK data protection law. How long we keep it

We keep application and enquiry information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Where someone does not become a client, we delete their information once it is no longer needed, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and, where we rely on consent, to withdraw that consent. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to us directly at info@fameofm.com and we will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days.
